Frequently asked

Straight answers, including the awkward ones.

If something isn't covered here, email us and ask. We'd rather answer a hard question now than discover a mismatch in month two.

You are a remote studio. How does that actually work?

We work with practices across the US, Canada, the UK and Europe on a monthly rhythm: one onboarding call, one approval round per month, one report. Calls are scheduled in your working hours, not ours.

Being remote is precisely why you get studio-grade production without paying for an agency's office overhead. Nothing about this work requires us to be physically in your clinic, and where filming on site is genuinely needed we plan and direct it remotely with a local videographer.

Do you guarantee more patients?

No, and be careful with anyone who does.

We're accountable for the work: consistent, professional content, produced to your specialty's rules, published on schedule, with honest reporting on what it's doing. Patient volume depends on your market, your capacity, your pricing and your service. No marketing studio controls those, and pretending otherwise is how practices end up disappointed.

Who approves content before it publishes?

You do. Every asset goes to your named approver before publication, and nothing is posted without a yes. This applies at every engagement level. It is not a premium feature, it is the only responsible way to produce content for a clinical practice.

How do you handle patient privacy and HIPAA?

Our work is deliberately designed so we don't need access to patient information at all. We don't request it, and we don't use patient images, stories or reviews without documented written consent, even when a practice offers them.

If an engagement would require a formal data agreement to be in place, we handle that before work starts rather than after. To be clear about what we are: a creative studio that works to healthcare's rules, not a compliance consultancy or a legal advisor. Your practice remains responsible for its own regulatory obligations, and we'll always work within the boundaries your compliance advisor sets.

What does it cost?

Most practices start with a Foundation Sprint from $2,400 as a one off build: brand, profile work, positioning and your first month of content. Ongoing partnerships start at $1,200 a month, with video production included from $2,400 a month.

Final scope is agreed after your free audit, because a solo therapist and a six-provider clinic need genuinely different things. Pricing is in USD; we invoice in CAD, GBP or EUR on request.

How long is the contract?

There's no long lock-in. Monthly engagements run month to month with 30 days' notice on either side. We would rather earn next month than trap you in it, and a studio confident in its work does not need a twelve month contract to keep clients.

How much of my time does this actually take?

About twenty minutes a month for the approval round, plus a longer onboarding conversation at the start and an optional monthly strategy call.

That's the design constraint the whole model is built around: any process that needs more than one clinician approval a month will quietly fail in a busy practice, so we don't build one.

Who owns the content you produce?

You own everything we produce for your practice: brand assets, source files, all of it. Our internal templates and systems remain ours.

Your accounts also always stay in your name. We work through manager access rather than holding your passwords, so if we ever part ways you keep everything and change nothing.

We already have someone doing our marketing. Is the audit still useful?

Yes, treat it as a second opinion. If your current setup is working well, we'll tell you that plainly. That's a genuinely useful outcome and it costs you nothing.

Do you work with my specialty?

Our primary focus is behavioral health, psychiatry, therapy and mental health practices, where trust and tone matter most and generic marketing does the most damage. We also work with primary care, specialty clinics, dental, physiotherapy and allied health.

We don't take work outside healthcare, which is what keeps the specialisation real.

How quickly can we start?

Your audit arrives within two business days. If we proceed, a Foundation Sprint usually takes two to three weeks from onboarding to your first content going live, mostly determined by how quickly approvals come back from your side.

What if we don't like the work?

Nothing publishes without your approval, so you're never surprised by what shows up on your page. Every monthly batch includes a revision round, and if the direction is wrong we redo it rather than debate it.

If it still isn't right after that, thirty days' notice ends the engagement and you keep everything produced up to that point.

Still deciding? Start with the audit.

It costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and tells you more about how we work than any FAQ can.
