About the studio

We work with healthcare practices. Only healthcare practices.

Legostech is a remote-first creative and growth studio. We build and run the digital presence of independent practices across the US, Canada, the UK and Europe, and we deliberately do not take work outside health.

Why one industry

Specialising isn't marketing. It's a production decision.

A generalist studio treats a practice like any other client with a logo and an audience. That's where the problems start: a testimonial request that shouldn't have been made, a claim that shouldn't have been written, a tone that works for a gym and reads badly for a psychiatrist.

Working in one industry means the rules are built into how we produce, not bolted on at review. We know which questions patients actually search before booking. We know what can't be said. We know that a clinician's time is the scarcest thing in the building, and that any process needing more than one approval a month will quietly fail.

It also means we say no. If you run a restaurant, we are not the studio for you, and we will tell you that in the first email rather than the third month.

How we work

Remote-first, and straightforward about it

We don't have an office in your city, and we won't pretend otherwise. Here's what that actually means for you.

Your hours, not ours

Calls are scheduled in your working day, wherever you are. We work across US, Canadian, UK and European time zones. That is a normal part of the arrangement, not a favour.

One rhythm a month

One onboarding conversation, then a monthly cycle: we produce, you approve in a single sitting, it publishes on schedule, you get a report. Roughly twenty minutes of your time per month.

Studio output, no studio overhead

Production is in house: video, design and copy. Being remote is why practices get this standard of work without paying for a downtown agency's rent.

Who runs it

There's a person behind this

You're considering handing your practice's public reputation to a studio you found online. You should know who you're dealing with.

Malik Kabidu

Founder · Strategy, creative direction and production

I started Legostech because I kept seeing the same thing: good practices, run by people who are excellent at their actual job, represented online by something that didn't match the standard of care inside the building. Usually not through neglect. Through not having a spare eight hours a month.

I own the strategy, creative direction and production on every engagement. When you approve a month of content, a person has made it and a person is accountable for it. That doesn't change as we grow.

The honest part

What we don't do

Every studio lists what it offers. This tends to be the more useful list.

  • We don't guarantee patient numbers. Anyone who does is either guessing or selling. We're accountable for the work and honest reporting on it.
  • We don't publish without your approval. Not on any plan, not for speed, not ever.
  • We don't use patient stories, images or reviews without documented written consent. Even when a client offers them.
  • We don't write medical claims. If content needs a clinical assertion to work, the content is wrong.
  • We don't lock you into long contracts. Thirty days' notice, either direction. Retention should come from the work.
  • We don't take on more practices than we can produce for properly. When capacity is full, we say so and give you a date.
  • We don't claim credentials we don't hold. We're a creative studio working to healthcare's rules, not a compliance consultancy, and not your legal advisor.
