Who we are

Legostech [legal entity] is a remote-first creative studio working with healthcare practices. For questions about this notice or your information, email info@legostech.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that is:

  • Your name, role, practice name and practice type
  • Your email address and, if you choose to give it, a phone number
  • Your country, website and social media links
  • What you tell us about your situation, budget range and timeline
  • Which page you submitted from, and a campaign tag if you arrived from a link that carried one

We never ask for, and you should never send us, patient information. If you need to share anything relating to identifiable patients during an engagement, we agree a secure method first. Never a website form or ordinary email.

Why we collect it

To prepare and send the audit or reply you asked for, and to follow up about that request. That's it. We do not add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for, we do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with anyone except the service providers below who help us operate.

Who processes it

  • Our website host receives and stores form submissions so we can act on them.
  • Our email provider delivers our replies to you.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, which means your browser contacts Google to load them.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking pixels. If we add website analytics in future, we'll update this notice first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together, and afterwards only for the period our tax and accounting obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@legostech.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you're in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, we'll update the date at the top and, where it affects you directly, tell you.
